Why should I create a Collect+ delivered by Yodel delivered by Yodel account?
When you create an account on our website you can buy parcel labels and track your parcels all in one place. If you’ve downloaded our Mobile App, you can also access your Collect+ delivered by Yodel delivered by Yodel account when you’re on the go.
If you have forgotten your tracking reference for any parcel you can check through all your parcels and see their status at a quick glance.
You can link your Collect+ delivered by Yodel delivered by Yodel account to your marketplace accounts such as Amazon and eBay and download your customers’ delivery addresses from Amazon and eBay meaning that there is no need to type in email addresses when you want to send a parcel.
If you have an account with us you will also be eligible for our loyalty scheme which means that the more labels you buy from us, the greater the discount you can receive.
Our loyalty scheme is based around the volume of parcels you send each month, so, if you send:
- 50+ parcels = you will receive 5% off all parcels in the next calendar month
- 100+ parcels = you will receive 7.5% off all parcels in the next calendar month
- 150+ parcels = you will receive 10% off all parcels in the next calendar month
You will receive an email mid-month to confirm your current parcel volume and at the end of the month to confirm your qualification of discount for the next month.
- You must use the same email address to qualify
- All discounts will be automatically applied at checkout
- This only applies to labels booked on the Collect+ delivered by Yodel delivered by Yodel website
Can I use the Volume Reward Loyalty scheme in conjunction with other discount offers?
Yes you can and labels purchased with promotional offers will count towards your total for the month.
Please note though that any promotional offers that you use will always be taken off the RRP or full price of the label, not the price that you may benefit from as a result of being part of our Volume Reward scheme.
For example, if you are a Bronze tier customer (with a 5% discount off all your purchases) and you use a marketing offer that offers a 10% discount, you will get 10% off the RRP of the parcel label, not off the price you qualify for as a result of your volume reward. (i.e. you receive a 10% discount not a 15% discount off the RRP price)
If you are a Gold tier customer with a volume reward that offers you 10% off all purchases for that month, you might find that some promotional offers don’t equal your volume reward and that you might not want to use them.
How will I know if I have qualified for the Volume Reward Loyalty scheme?
We will email you mid-month on how you are progressing and then on the 1st of the month to tell you which tier you are in.
If you’ve started to book a few parcels and had to stop midway, our ‘Saved parcels’ section lets you finish your booking without retyping all the addresses.
I’ve forgotten my Collect+ delivered by Yodel account password – how do I reset it?
Simply go to the Sign In page on our website and click on ‘forgotten your password’, we will need the email address you signed up with to send you the link to reset your password. You will then be able to access your account using your new password.
How do I get a VAT receipt?
VAT details are included at the bottom of the email we send you with your label. You can also request a copy by clicking the send VAT Receipt button in your Collect+ delivered by Yodel account. We will send you an e-mail for your records.
