I have returned a parcel, but have not received my refund
Returns to online retailers typically take 3-5 working days (from the day our driver collects the parcel from the Yodel serviced Collect+ delivered by Yodel store) to reach their warehouse.
Please allow the retailer a few days to process your return and arrange your refund or exchange. Collect+ delivered by Yodel does not arrange refunds or exchanges. To request these please contact your retailer directly.
