You can track a parcel by entering your tracking reference in the field above – this will show you the latest status of your parcel (parcels are scanned at each physical point in our network). There may be pauses in the parcel’s journey at times, please only contact us if your parcel that has not moved for over 24 hours or is past its estimated delivery day. Our drivers deliver parcels between 7am to 7pm.

When you are ordering items online with a retailer, if they offer Collect+ delivered by Yodel Click & Collect it will be shown in the online flow. Please choose the Collect+ delivered by Yodel point of your choice and let us do the rest. We will let you know when your parcel is delivered to your chosen Collect+ delivered by Yodel point and ready to collect via text message or email. This communication will also include your collection code.

If you purchased the label from the Collect+ delivered by Yodel website, you'll find your Collect+ delivered by Yodel tracking reference in the email we originally sent to you. You can also find this on the receipt our storekeeper gave you when you dropped off your parcel. Alternatively create an account and all you parcel information can be found in one handy location.
