How to change the delivery address
If you have bought a label from the Collect+ delivered by Yodel website and realised the address was not correct and you have not yet taken the parcel to a Yodel serviced Collect+ delivered by Yodel store you can cancel the label and create a new one by using the link below. Addresses cannot be changed once a parcel has been accepted by the store. Fill in the fields below and press submit and we will cancel the label for you so that you can buy a new one with the correct address.
Should you have missed a small part of the address but the postcode remains the same, or you have delivery instructions that will help our driver, then please contact our Customer Support team using the "Webchat" button below to share this information.
If you have a Click and Collect parcel already en-route to a Yodel serviced Collect+ delivered by Yodel store and want to change the store, we are unable to change the destination en-route. Parcels will be returned to sender if they remain uncollected after 10 days.
