Changes to CollectPlus
Here at Yodel, we're going through some small changes that we wanted to tell you about.
As of the 1st October 2020, you may notice some changes with CollectPlus, don't worry, you will still be able to use the CollectPlus service as you know and love.
One of the changes that you might notice is that our name will be changing to 'CollectPlus delivered by Yodel', as Yodel continues to deliver a great service so you can click and collect, send a return, or indeed send your own parcel to friends and family, or your own customers as normal.
There's going to be some small changes to the CollectPlus website too, but nothing for you to worry about. It may look a little different, but you'll find all the same information as you do on the current website. Not to worry if you don't remember the address, you can always type CollectPlus into your search engine and add the correct website to your favourites for ease of access :)
There are still thousands of CollectPlus Points across the nation so wherever you are, there is likely to be a CollectPlus Point nearby, open 7-days a week, early 'til late, so collecting and sending parcels is easy and convenient.
