Can I leave Delivery Instructions?

If you are sending a parcel to a home address and you know that the recipient may be out but they have told you of a safe place (e.g. an enclosed porch or similar location out of sight of passers-by and protected from the elements) then you can add details of the safe place to the “Delivery Instructions” box when you purchase the label only via the CollectPlus website.

The driver will either leave the parcel in the safe location or with a neighbour; a card will be posted through the letter box to clarify where the parcel has been left.
